El servicio es muy bueno, las personas son dedicadas a este, muy amables y es un lugar limpio, carece de algunas comodidades, pero se entiende dada su ubicación, tiene un precio muy accesible y es silencioso, excepto cuando llegan huéspedes chilangos problemáticos
Un tranquilo para pasar la noche, el internet falla en muchas habitaciones y el estacionamiento es muy pequeño demasiado bajito solo para autos compactos
Es un lugar limpio, agua caliente, una buena atención. El servicio de restaurante se puede mejorar si fueran 2 personas atendiendo. Una muy buena calidad y un costó accesible para las personas que viajamos por trabajo.
Es sencillo pero cómodo, no cuenta con aire acondicionado ni abanico, lo bueno que fuí en temporada de lluvia, a final de cuentas lo recomiendo y frente al hotel venden unos tacos de birria muy buenos.
Hotel de buen precio. Auque esta ala orilla de la carretera se escucha algo de ruido por las noches ,y mas si te toca habitaciones dé ese lado que tien balcón. Y sumale el ruido de las palomas que andan y anidan ahi mismo en el balco, el baño tienes que pedir que prendan el boiler para los que les gusta el agua caliente,

Excelente lugar para descansar, a lado esta el H. Ayuntamiento de Guadalupe en gral. un lugar muy seguro, en auto a 15 o 20 min del centro de Zacatecas. Tuvimos el placer de conocer al dueño (una excelente persona), el desayuno sin palabras, sabores muy típicos y hogareños. Solo como recomendación podrían hacer algo con los colchones están muy duros jejeje duermes pero no descansas.
En el hotel hay habitaciones de diferentes precios economicos hasta unos más altos debido a la categoría. La gente de recepción muy amables , tiene elevador. Solo que su cochera es pequeña buena para autos compactos , Tiene internet , cable , limpio, agradable ,
